Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ogniz (the “Service”), operated by LAAI Inc., 2810 N Church St, NUM 884167, Wilmington, DE 19802, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Ogniz lets you organize, browse, and search files across your NAS, DAS, and local storage, and uses AI to summarize, tag, and connect your content. Optional integrations — such as read-only Gmail sync, a personal mail-in address, and messaging channels for Telegram, Slack, Discord, and LINE — let you bring email and messages into your workspace. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only with content you have the right to store, upload, and process, and to comply with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you connect to Ogniz.
Your content
You retain ownership of the files, emails, notes, and other content you store in or connect to Ogniz. You grant Ogniz the limited rights needed to host, process, index, and display that content to provide the Service to you, including sharing the minimum necessary content with our sub-processors for AI features.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and no use of integrations in ways that violate the connected service’s terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries, tags, and organization may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ogniz is not a backup service; you are responsible for maintaining independent copies of your important data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogniz and LAAI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
